• Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery
• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days
• Items must be unused and in their original condition

Refunds are processed via InstaPay or mobile wallets

• You can inspect your order upon delivery
If it’s not suitable, you can return it immediately and pay only the shipping fee

• Shipping fees are paid by the customer in case of return or exchange
• If the order is not accepted, shipping fees still apply
• Courier waiting time is 5–10 minutes
