• Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery
• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days
• Items must be unused and in their original condition

Refunds are processed via InstaPay or mobile wallets

• You can inspect your order upon delivery
If it’s not suitable, you can return it immediately and pay only the shipping fee

• Shipping fees are paid by the customer in case of return or exchange
• If the order is not accepted, shipping fees still apply
• Courier waiting time is 5–10 minutes

Due to the delicate nature of pleated fabric, pleated skirts and pleated layering pieces are not eligible for return or exchange after delivery, except in case of a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item received.

Items purchased at a discounted price or using a promotional discount code cannot be returned or exchanged after accepting the order from the courier, except in case of a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item received.
