Delivery Time:

• Cairo & Giza: 2–4 business days
• Other governorates: 3–6 business days

Please note: The delivery times above apply to ready-to-ship items only. Products marked as Pre-Order may take an additional 2–6 business days for delivery, depending on the product.

Order Processing:

• Ready-to-ship orders are prepared immediately and shipped within the delivery timeframe stated above.

• Products marked as Pre-Order may require additional processing time, depending on the product. The processing time is clearly stated on the product page.

• Customers who place a Pre-Order will be contacted to confirm their order before processing begins.

Shipping Fees:

• Shipping fees are calculated based on your location
• The final shipping cost is shown before confirming your order

Delivery:

• You can inspect your order upon delivery
• If the item is not suitable, you may return it immediately and pay only the shipping fee

• If the order is not accepted, shipping fees still apply
• Courier waiting time is 5–10 minutes
